The SWOZI Pro GPS Line Marker is the most flexible walk-behind system in the SWOZI range, designed for groundsmen, councils and service providers who need reliable performance across varied conditions. With dual GPS antennas and semi-autonomous operation, it delivers consistent, repeatable accuracy while still giving the operator full control.
Whether you’re marking multiple sites in one day, working around tree lines or stadium structures, or needing the option to switch between GPS, laser tracker or manual mode, the SWOZI Pro is built to adapt without slowing you down.
The SWOZI Pro is designed for organisations that mark regularly, across multiple pitches or multiple sites. It combines GPS-assisted accuracy with the ability to operate manually, giving you flexibility when conditions change.
With dual GPS antennas supporting centimetre-level positioning and a GPS-controlled spray arm that compensates for uneven pushing, the Pro maintains straight, repeatable lines even during long marking sessions.
Not every pitch offers perfect GPS reception. Tree lines, stadium structures and surrounding buildings can affect signal stability. The SWOZI Pro can switch to an optional laser tracker system when needed, allowing you to continue marking without disruption.
Unlike simpler systems, the Pro also retains a full manual mode. If GPS drops temporarily, marking can continue without stopping the job. That level of fallback matters for contractors working to schedule.
The SWOZI Pro is supplied with two 24V / 25Ah batteries as standard. The battery changing system allows you to keep one battery ready while the other is in use, reducing downtime and supporting extended marking sessions.
For operators covering several pitches in one day, that uninterrupted workflow is a clear advantage over lower-capacity systems.
The aluminium powder-coated frame keeps the structure strong while reducing overall weight. Large rear wheels with pneumatic tyres provide stability and smooth movement across natural turf.
The smart swivelling front wheel allows accurate curves and circles as well as straight touchlines. The spray head offers tool-free line width adjustment, and the swivelling guide plates enable marking right up to goalposts without repositioning.
Storage space accommodates up to two 10L paint canisters, compatible with major liquid paint manufacturers. An integrated rinsing mode supports easier cleaning at the end of the day.
The Pro sits above the SWOZI Pico, offering greater flexibility, dual antennas for increased positioning stability, higher battery capacity and more upgrade options. If you are marking more frequently, across more varied environments, or need a machine that adapts to changing conditions, the Pro is the stronger choice.
If your priority is fully autonomous marking with minimal operator involvement, the SWOZI Auto is the next step in the range. For most professional grounds teams who still want operator control with maximum flexibility, the SWOZI Pro remains the most adaptable walk-behind system available.
If you only manage a single grassroots pitch and want a simpler GPS entry point, the Pico may be sufficient. If you require adaptability across different sites and conditions without moving into robotic automation, the Pro is built for that workload.
The SWOZI Pro is a configurable system. Whether you plan to use GPS only, add a laser tracker for restricted signal areas, or install an RTK base with “No Drift” support, correct setup is essential. Groundtech ensures the machine is supplied and configured to match your working environment.
We’ll also advise on RTK subscription requirements before purchase, so ongoing costs are clear from the outset.
If you are marking several pitches in one day or operating across multiple venues, reliability matters. Groundtech can assist with battery planning, spare components and practical maintenance guidance to keep downtime to a minimum.
The interchangeable battery system, spray components and GPS hardware are all serviceable, and we can support you with parts and advice as required.
If your operation grows to the point where you want autonomous marking, we can advise on the SWOZI Auto. Equally, if you are moving up from Pico and want to ensure Pro is the right level for your workload, we’ll guide that decision properly.

No. The Pro is semi-autonomous. The operator pushes the machine while GPS controls layout accuracy. For fully autonomous marking, the SWOZI Auto is the next model in the range.
The Pro features dual GPS antennas, higher battery capacity and greater configuration flexibility, including ride-on and advanced upgrade options. It is better suited to heavier or multi-site workloads.
If using RTK network support for enhanced positioning accuracy, a GPS subscription is required. Groundtech can advise on setup before purchase.
Yes. The Pro can operate manually and is compatible with an optional laser tracker for environments where satellite reception is limited.
Yes. The SWOZI Pro can be docked to an optional ride-on unit, allowing seated operation for increased comfort over longer sessions.
Operating autonomously for up to 24 hours a day, allowing each task to be completed at a time that best suits you and your schedule and alleviating the pressure on manual labour.
The light footprint of the robot allows it to work on even the softest ground, retaining the playability and presentation of your facility no matter the challenges posed by mother nature.
Engineered to not only save on fuel and staff hours, GroundTech’s robotic solutions deliver a precise cut and quality finish worthy of first-class sport or picture-postcard experiences.
The hood and main body of the robot is insulated to deliver efficiency and effectiveness with minimal noise – ideal for working at night or in built up areas with no disruption.
The robot consumes up to 90% less energy than a standard mower. In addition, the clippings returned to the surface can also reduce the requirement for fertiliser and other chemical applications.
Mowing more frequently and consistently will being multiple benefits to the turf surface. A ‘little and often’ approach improves presentation, increases sward density & prevents weed ingress.
