The SWOZI GPS Arm G5 Upgrade Kit is designed to convert a manual SWOZI Evo into a GPS-assisted line marking system. It provides the hardware required to integrate digital layout guidance, allowing Evo owners to step into precision GPS marking without replacing their existing machine.
This upgrade is suited to clubs that initially purchased the Evo as a manual system and now want to remove strings, measuring tapes and manual layout marking from their workflow.
The SWOZI Evo is built as an upgrade-ready platform. The GPS Arm G5 kit provides the key components required to transform it into a GPS-guided marking system.
Once installed, the Evo gains digital layout capability via the SWOZI app and compatible tablet. Field templates can be selected, and the GPS-controlled spray arm guides accurate line positioning.
With the GPS Arm G5 installed, the SWOZI Evo operates similarly to the SWOZI Pico in GPS-assisted mode. Layout accuracy improves significantly, and repeat marking becomes faster and more consistent.
The operator still pushes the machine, but digital guidance replaces manual measurement and string-line setup.
The upgrade includes the RTK Roverbox, enabling RTK correction support where configured. This improves repeat positioning accuracy, particularly when overmarking throughout the season.
RTK subscription requirements and optional RTK Base setup depend on site configuration. Groundtech can advise on the most suitable arrangement.
If you are purchasing new and already know you want factory-integrated GPS from day one, the SWOZI Pico may be the more direct option. The G5 upgrade is primarily intended for Evo owners looking to evolve their system over time.

The light footprint of the robot allows it to work on even the softest ground, retaining the playability and presentation of your facility no matter the challenges posed by mother nature.
Engineered to not only save on fuel and staff hours, GroundTech’s robotic solutions deliver a precise cut and quality finish worthy of first-class sport or picture-postcard experiences.
The hood and main body of the robot is insulated to deliver efficiency and effectiveness with minimal noise – ideal for working at night or in built up areas with no disruption.
The robot consumes up to 90% less energy than a standard mower. In addition, the clippings returned to the surface can also reduce the requirement for fertiliser and other chemical applications.
Mowing more frequently and consistently will being multiple benefits to the turf surface. A ‘little and often’ approach improves presentation, increases sward density & prevents weed ingress.
