The Echo TM-850S GPS-RTK is a compact professional mower built for precise strip-pattern cutting across sports fields, schools, and managed turf areas. It covers up to 30,000 m² with full GPS-RTK accuracy, maintaining consistent results without the need for boundary wires.
Lightweight, quiet, and efficient, the TM-850S delivers professional results where space or access limits the use of larger machines. Groundtech supplies the TM-850S with full UK setup, calibration, and support to ensure every installation performs to commercial standards.
The Echo TM-850S GPS-RTK brings advanced robotic mowing to smaller sports fields and managed lawns. Using GPS-RTK guidance, it delivers perfect, repeatable strip patterns without boundary wires. With 2 floating heads and 6 stainless steel blades, it produces an even, mulched finish while maintaining efficient energy use.
Guided by GPS-RTK with Wisenav® technology, the TM-850S works to within 2 cm accuracy. Operators can define zones, patterns, and no-go areas directly through the Echo web portal or mobile app. The mower navigates precisely without physical boundaries, making setup faster and more flexible for multi-field or irregular sites.
Compact yet capable, the TM-850S is built for smaller sports pitches, school grounds, and training areas up to 30,000 m². Its 52 dB noise level allows continuous mowing during lessons or overnight without disruption, and its 25 kg chassis ensures gentle operation on turf, even in damp conditions.
Through the Echo portal and app, teams can monitor mowing progress, check maintenance logs, and adjust settings remotely. Groundtech provides full UK installation, RTK base setup, and calibration support, ensuring every TM-850S performs reliably from day one.
If your site exceeds 30,000 m² or you manage multiple pitches, move up to the Echo TM-1050 GPS-RTK. It offers longer runtime and extended capacity with the same GPS accuracy.
For smaller single-field installations where a wired setup works best, the Echo TM-1000 delivers professional autonomous mowing at a lower entry point.

The TM-850S is built for smaller sports fields, schools, and managed turf areas up to 30,000 m² that need precise, low-maintenance mowing with professional strip patterns.
No. The TM-850S uses GPS-RTK and Wisenav® technology for virtual boundaries, allowing simple setup without burying wire. Zones and no-go areas are managed through the Echo portal or app.
GPS-RTK guidance delivers around 2 cm accuracy, allowing perfect overlap-free strip mowing even across irregular or multi-zone fields.
Yes. At just 52 dB, it’s quiet enough to operate during school hours or public events without disturbing nearby users.
Only periodic cleaning and blade checks. Groundtech offers UK servicing, software updates, and on-site calibration support for continued accuracy.
Yes. The TM-850S supports multi-zone programming, making it suitable for campuses or sports facilities with separate pitches or lawns.
Optional accessories include RTK base stations (Wi-Fi or 4G), Wisenav® virtual boundary licences, replacement blades, and Groundtech installation and service packages.
Operating autonomously for up to 24 hours a day, allowing each task to be completed at a time that best suits you and your schedule and alleviating the pressure on manual labour.
The light footprint of the robot allows it to work on even the softest ground, retaining the playability and presentation of your facility no matter the challenges posed by mother nature.
Engineered to not only save on fuel and staff hours, GroundTech’s robotic solutions deliver a precise cut and quality finish worthy of first-class sport or picture-postcard experiences.
The hood and main body of the robot is insulated to deliver efficiency and effectiveness with minimal noise – ideal for working at night or in built up areas with no disruption.
The robot consumes up to 90% less energy than a standard mower. In addition, the clippings returned to the surface can also reduce the requirement for fertiliser and other chemical applications.
Mowing more frequently and consistently will being multiple benefits to the turf surface. A ‘little and often’ approach improves presentation, increases sward density & prevents weed ingress.
