Shop Kress robotic lawn mowers at GroundTech, from wire-free EyePilot RTKⁿ models for domestic lawns to high-capacity commercial machines for estates, sports grounds and larger managed sites. As robotic mowing specialists, we can help you choose a Kress mower around your lawn size, layout, slopes and working conditions rather than simply matching a machine to the maximum area on the box.
More about Robotic Mowers
Kress has developed a wide robotic mowing range covering straightforward home lawns through to large commercial sites. Choosing between them is not just a case of measuring the grass. Trees, buildings, narrow passages, separate mowing zones, slopes and the finish you want at the lawn edge can all affect which Kress robotic mower is the better fit.
Kress EyePilot machines combine RTK satellite positioning with vision-based awareness, allowing the mower to navigate without a traditional perimeter wire or a separate RTK antenna installed in the garden. The range includes models for smaller domestic lawns through to substantially larger areas, with both rear-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive options available.
EyePilot is particularly worth considering where you want a wire-free installation but still have a garden with trees, hard landscaping, multiple lawn areas or other features the mower needs to work around. Depending on the model, features include intelligent obstacle detection, multi-zone management, structured mowing patterns and app-based control.
Selected EyePilot models are fitted with Kress ZeroTrim, which moves the cutting system closer to the lawn edge and reduces the amount of grass left for you to tidy manually. It is worth considering if your lawn has long runs of paving, paths or defined borders where edge trimming would otherwise become a regular job.
For gardens with steeper slopes, uneven terrain or more demanding changes in level, Kress also offers EyePilot 4×4 robotic mowers. Four-wheel drive gives the mower more traction than conventional rear-wheel-drive machines, making these models the better place to start when the terrain itself is one of the main challenges.
Kress RTKⁿ technology also extends into commercial robotic mowing. GroundTech supplies Kress machines for much larger grass areas, including sports facilities, education sites, estates and other managed grounds where reducing routine mowing time can make a significant operational difference.
Commercial robot mower specification needs more thought than choosing a domestic machine from an area figure alone. Daily mowing capacity, charging position, travel between zones, grass growth, site access and the amount of mowing available within the working window all need to be considered.
Robot mowing is a major part of what we do. GroundTech works with robotic mowing on everything from private lawns to large commercial grounds, so we can help assess whether a particular Kress model is right for the site before you commit to it.
If you are unsure which Kress robotic lawn mower you need, speak to us about the area, slopes, trees, separate lawn zones and any difficult sections of the site. Getting the specification right at the start matters far more than simply buying the mower with the biggest quoted mowing capacity.
