Equipment Testing and Staff Training
Once the physical installation was complete, the next step involved comprehensive testing of all equipment. This step was crucial to confirm that there were no setup issues and that everything was functioning as expected. Following successful testing, full training sessions were provided to all necessary staff. This training covered both the use of the app and the operation of the equipment, ensuring that everyone was well-prepared to use the new technology effectively.
Follow-up and Support
To ensure a smooth transition and ongoing functionality, GroundTech scheduled a follow-up visit one week after the initial installation. During this visit, GroundTech representatives checked that all equipment remained in working order. They also took this opportunity to address any potential issues that had arisen and to provide further clarification on any training-related questions staff might have encountered. This approach helped to resolve any initial teething issues and ensured that the staff felt confident in using the new equipment.
